John has been living in Santa Cruz since he came to UCSC in 1989. After graduating John traveled extensively in Europe and Central America. While living on Beach Hill in Santa Cruz, an opportunity arose to get involved in property management. John began by managing 16 units. Soon that opportunity into more units and by 2001, he was managing 42 units in 3 apartment complexes and multi-unit residences. The property management evolved into selling real estate in 2002.
John is a second-generation Realtor/Broker and Property Manager. Helping people has always been his passion. He specializes in Residential Sales and Property Management.
John is an avid surfer and has a great passion for the Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay area and outdoors. He enjoys surfing with his daughter and he likes spending time with his family in Hawaii and on the coast of Croatia and Montenegro where his wife’s family is from when not enjoying time at home on beach walks in the Monterey Bay.
