Krista moved to Santa Cruz in 1996 from Southern California to attend UCSC. After graduating with a degree in Biology she worked for New Leaf, Cabrillo College and Developmental Learning Solutions. Krista met her husband Peter when he was painting one of her friend's houses. In 2002 she joined Cook Realty and in 2007 she became the office manager for Lighthouse Realty.
After having worked in several different fields, Krista found that she loves real estate because it combines so many different skills she has and enjoys including working with clients, contractors, tenants, and accounting.
